An important reminder from the Joint National Equity and Diversity Committee: the deadline to complete the joint Equity Census Survey has been extended to June 7, 2021. Please count yourself in and complete your equity census today.

Your Equity Census information is confidential. It will not be shared with coworkers, team leader or management, and is protected by the Employment Equity Act and the Privacy Act.

Your participation is key to ensuring the accuracy of data we need to create a diverse and equitable workplace, and a workforce that best represents the communities and customers we serve

You should have received a hard copy at home by now. If anyone hasn’t received the survey, they can fill out their Equity Census online through the SAP portal (Employee Self Service – Personal information – Equity Census).

Don’t forget to click Yes on providing your information for Human Resources planning and programs, if you would like to give consent for your information to be leveraged for preferential hiring, succession planning or career development.
